Marital Bliss Ruined My Relationship with Country Music

Today marks three months of successful "married status" for Michael and me. For most people this wouldn't be considered a milestone of any kind, however, I know a few people who were going through the divorce process by month 3. Michael and I consider it a good sign that we like each other more now than we did when we got married. The only problem we've had is my inability to relate to my collection of country music now. I could drive down the road, heartbroken country music pouring from my stereo, singing my heart out because I could relate to all the lyrics. Now I can't seem to make the same connection I used to. I have to find happy songs. Do you know how difficult it is to find happy country songs? There's one happy country song to every 10 sad country songs...I can no longer relate to all my favorite songs...I blame Michael...and I love him very much! Happy 3 months, Love! <3

I once shared your discontent for country music but, I was converted by the truth and light shown to me by Rascal Flatts. I was hooked after that.

I would have to agree. Rascal Flatts pulled me in too. I love them. Happy 3 month anniversary!

That's why we love dance style music, it's fun and happy and you can't help but smile and dance to it!
